El Problemmo is that those getting hired are loooooooooooooooooooooozers who will remain in their ivory towers of dimmitude. They spend all that Soros money on useless endeavors whilst the GOP gets volunteers to work for them (see: Ohio 2004) and then they are shocked, shocked, shocked when they looooooooooooooooooooooze yet again.
