Having been here for a number of years, I have watched any number of these political debates quagmire along predictable lines due to the close minded rhetoric of both sides of the issue. I don't think you'd be out there demanding voters rights under Saddam. They did vote and that was good. They voted under threat to their lives which was pretty ballsy I think.
