I also substituted some of the introductions and Keith's set from my friend's cassette recording and made a few minor edits throughout.

This show I was still ticketless the day of. I didn't feel like staying at my dad's house around the corner (kind of like throwing a wet blanket on a fire, and I would have a hard time sneaking off the next morning). Couldn't find anyone who was going to Hollywood or the valley. I had a really good feeling about cheap tickets, so I got ahold of my friend Sam in San Diego and told him I would buy his ticket then we could go back to my place and party the whole weekend.

Went back and forth between the Shidoobee tailgate and the box office and the Ameriquest tent eventually scoring 2 singles for $20 each. Met Sam under the big A and we headed inside. I let him have the lower (it would have been under an overhang - yuck!) and decided to just kick it in the upper deck. For stadium shows, there is hardly any such thing as a good seat and I was about as interested in partying all over the place and watching the spectacle and fireworks as I was in the music.

I moved around a bit so there might be some quality variation. Not sure how this sounds against the other circulating version as it's been awhile since I heard it.

Please check out my want list to see if you can help find me anything.

Description
-----------------------------------------------------------
Rolling Stones "MADRID 2007 cuts by amm" - DVD PAL - NOT complete !

Not seen anything so fare from the great concert at Estadio Vicente Calderon, Spain - June 28, 2007

Here you can get 37 min on a DVD with 5 full songs and 2 not complete.
IT'S IN NO WAY "PRO-SHOT" !
It's made with a Casio Exlime 600P camera from the back.of the FOS section, close to the middle and
on Ron's side. So what you can see are from the big screen. Not many "heads" and "arms", but they can
be found. It's also quite grainy. (please see screenshots) Sound is ok, but nothing more.
You'll still get a good feeling of how fantastic the show was and the enthusiastic crowd
You also clearly can see when Keith nearly fell on his back during "...Silver.." - .... Shaky moment... !

Rolling Stones
Estadio Vicente Calderon, Madrid, Spain
Thursday June 28, 2007 - ONLY 37 min.

bbanderic Hi All,

Sorry for the double post guys, I think I put the original post in the wrong spot. I'm curious if it would be possible to get a couple seeders for the "Fathers And Son's DVD" on the Rocks Off Tracker. Currently 4 leechers, 0 seeders.

Or, if someone has the DVD and is interested in a trade, please contact me at [email protected] and I'll shoot you my lists. I have plenty to offer in return.

Cheers,

Jon
