This is a very good audience recording of a great gig.
It's transparent, very balanced in highs and lows and dynamics - no colouring.
correlation meter shows no mucky phases.
It is slightly left, off the stereo axis responding to the seating position.
it has room information and audience reaction on it in a very good balanced way.
the band is hot and plays without any major f-ups.
Thank you very much, G. the Cock for the excellent recording.
I was at the show, had a bad seat under the roof and no chance to experience such a beautyful sound from a sweet spot - much appreciated.

The second source from Hamburg is better than the first one. It has less clapping and bothersome audience participation, and even though the guitars are slightly less powerful, it is infinitely more listenable. My opinion anyway. |

I'm sure they both are great and thanks to the tapers...Perhaps a technical audio person could matrix these?....Some matrixes I have heard are really cool....course I have no idea what it entails.... |

I definitely wouldn't say the best, but a better one from the tour so far ...
... even worse the mp3 butchers over at that Norwegian site did it again! Let's get together trying to stop these morons spreading lossy recordings among serious traders!

I don't think anything can be done. Don't think any serious traders are downloading those. And as a longtime serious trader myself, I have always done a decent job of avoiding amateurs. |

Dont want to start a firestorm but wanted to make us all aware of a possible issue with client UTorrent 1.72..or any version above 1.61..Some sites (Hungercity) are banning it based on rumours that that version may be sending personal info to RIAA etc.Lots of unfounded concerns but the banning is happening...Just a heads up.... |

So this is ONLY a problem with UTorrent software? Are other clients affected? |

I heard this too. I am using version 1.7.2.3458 (last stable) and they never banned me (Dime, HungerCity, Pink Robert, TapeCity, Traders Den, ZombTorrents, etc). Anyway, I always use uTorrent with ipfilters activated and updated.
download ipfilter from any of these links:
http://www.gigasize.com/get.php/-10...6/IP_pdater.exe
http://www.gigasize.com/get.php/-10...1/IP_pdater.exe
http://www.gigasize.com/get.php/-10...2/IP_pdater.exe
http://www.gigasize.com/get.php/-10...3/IP_pdater.exe
This is for updating the ip filter list in µTorrent:
To update the IP Filter, use the desktop shortcut "µpdater"
To enable IP filtering in µTorrent, set "ipfilter.enable" to "true" in µTorrent's Advanced Options.
To reload ipfilter.dat without restarting µTorrent, simply set ipfilter.enable to false, then to true again.
Also you will need to allow wget.exe to access the internet in your firewall rules so it can download the filter list.
To uninstall (but why) just delete these files from %AppData%\uTorrent
ssleay32.dll
wget.exe
IP filter µpdater.bat
libeay32.dll
Update your ipfilter at least every week, new IP numbers are added every day.
All the best,
Gonzalo
P.S: This RIAA issue is only with uTorrent, other clients are not affected AFAIK (and I really don't know if this is really true or not)

I need some DAD help. I had to reset my browser (safari). I lost all my saved passwords and auto fill. So when I updated all that stuff some how my DAD sign in logs me out. I spent a bunch of time trying to figure out where the setting is for keeping me logged in... And I can't find it... Help!!! I'm very smart for a retarded person. |

01 She Was Hot
-------------------------------
The story of three crazy guys. We hurried to catch the last tube back to Heathrow because we hadn't booked a hotel and our flight back was at 6 in the morning. We got off at Terminal 4, thinking that's the terminal we had to be since we had gotten in there when we arrived in London. Around midnight there's next to no-one at the airport so C called the airline, asking which terminal we should be at. The woman on the phone said that it was terminal 2. So we found a cab and asked him what he would charge us for taking us from terminal 4 to terminal 2 (no trains until 5 in the am). He said "10 pounds" or you could walk which would be about 30 minutes". Since we thought he was going to rip us off and charge us way too much (hey an airport can't be that big) and we wanted to kill time anyway, we decided to walk. Well it was a walk on huge streets, something more like a motorway, no sidewalks, no nothing, just fence whereever you looked because the airport is surrounded by it. We walked and walked and walked....millions of times we thought we were getting close but it never was terminal 2. There were only signs every mile or so saying "Terminal 1,2,3). After about 90 minutes we got really worried that we would never make it - not catch the flight and probably die on the way to Terminal 2. We desperately stopped at a bus stop (no busses at that time, but there was a bench which we REALLY needed) - suddenly we saw a bus coming but of course not stopping at the bus stop but at a nearby traffic light. C, like a crazy guy, ran to the bus and finally got the driver to open the window and listen. He was told the story of 3 crazy Stones tourists who didn't realize how big Heathrow really was. He (THANK GOD) took pity on us and took us to Terminal 2. That was actually still a long drive, so we would have probably had to walk another two hours (that is if we HAD MADE it at all). Thanks to the wonderful bus driver, here's the recording of a wonderful show...
ENJOY |
