deuce I have a question...

Do DVD's always come with Audio_TS folders? I have just gotten my first DVD burner and I've downloaded some but the only folder included is Video_TS. Do I just burn the files in the Video_TS foler or am I missing something

I use the Nero program that came with my computer

The AUDIO_TS folder is only required for compatability with some very old DVD players. It does not contain any data, so you can safely burn your DVD from the files in the VIDEO_TS folder.

Hi campino001, it isn't an internet broadcast, but a tv broadcast, the video & sound quality isn't digital but it's a stereo pal-m system converted in ntsc video.

malja316 The 2/18 Rio Copacabana beach show is supposedly banned from this tracker. This show is going to be released on DVD officially by the band sometime this year hopefully...If you would like to obtain the audio part of this show, please see the earlier post about where the audio link is a few posts above...

If there is a DVD available of this show and someone has a great copy of this, it will be "treed." That means offline postage mail trade...so far, a DVD has not turned up yet anywhere...if it does, I am hoping it gets treed...because I also want a copy of this on DVD...and yes, I will DEFINITELY purchase the official release from the band as soon as it comes out...and so should everyone else, should you choose to download either a audio or video of this show....

Just my 2 cents, nothingmore....

IMHO, as long as this DVD is not oficially released and available for sale, it's not official and it shouldn't be banned from here or anywhere. Of course, that's my opinion and please correct me if I'm wrong. And yes, I'll definitely buy the official DVD as soon as it is released.

deuce I have a Sylvania DVC865F VCR/DVD combo. I'm wondering if this will only play NTSC's or can it play PAL's as well? I've tried looking it up on the net but I can't really find anything. I would read a manual or something but the player was from a friend who didn't want it anymore so a manual isn't available to me. I mean I feel like I'm missing out on some cool stuff if I can't play the PAL's. So if that one cant handle it, can anyone tell me of some relitivaly cheap region free players?
19th February 2006 11:23 PM
malja316 Deuce, you will need software applications to make your dvdr's region free. If you receive a DVDR that is PAL format, you can burn that onto another DVDR and make it region free. I recommend DVD Shrink and IMGBurn..you will need BOTH applications to do this process. Go to this website to download these applications: http://www.afterdawn.com/

Many thanks for your fast efforts! WE LOVE YOU!!!! BUT...

Hope the the sound-quality is better than on the audio torrent. Just burned the CDs.
Don't want to upset you. But the sound-quality there isn't so good. Too high output, making the sound bass-free and flat. Your memory card?

Anyway WE LOVE YOUR FAST EFFORTS!!
