I am not sure what their end goal is in this, particularly if Gerardo is not costing them any income from sale of the copyrighted material? I tend to think there is just a blanket policy of keeping any official stones material off of youtube regardless if they own the copyright or not.

VoodooChile honey, i am cheering for you to win this battle and full of admiration for you for filing that counter-claim, and i totally agree with your assessment of ABKCO. but maybe one crucial question is whether youtube accepts third-party claims about copyright violation (i gather the elements of the clip *are* copyrighted, just not by ABKCO?) ... and whether the entity who filed the complaint is ABKCO as in ABKCO, or simply someone who chose that as their youtube user name and went on a search-and-destroy rampage. (sorry if that's too weird - but there was an extremist sort of entity posting on iorr just before this ABKCO purge of youtube started, and ... well, never mind, that's no doubt way too speculative!)
