Just heard for the first time the Stones' cover of "For Your Precious Love" from the Steel Wheels monitor mixes downloaded from the tracker
Good Holy Christ. This is fucking beyond beautiful. One of the GREATEST outtakes of their career (yep, up there with "Still A Fool") and one of the most soulful things theyve EVER done, released or not.
How this has remained in the vaults until now is beyond me. Stop what you're doing, download this now and your life will never be the same again.

Below the beautiful picture of Mick you will see the bit torrent help. Tells you what free downloads you need to do this.
1. Get a bit torrent tracker- believe the links are there.
2. then go to the bit torrent tracker page, right next to it
3. click on file name and then you can download to your tracker
4. once download done need to download program to burn flac files to CD- I use burnatonce-very easy, but several listed there.
5. all other need to know facts in the help page and if you need more help PM me. |

I'll tell you what. When I get back from the UK shows next weekend, we'll tree this one for those of you with dial-up or who cant figure out Bit Torrent. However, it IS worth trying to figure out, because a lot of you folks are missing out on some sensational audio and video gems - there is a Bit Torrent help page after all.

It doesnt seem to work, Pug - however, (see above), I'll 'tree' this in a couple of weeks when I get back from Glasgow.
Everyone should have this. Some of the alternate takes blow the released versions out of the water, and the mix and sound quality is awesome. SW ended up being a bit too sterile, production-wise, for many people's liking. This is better and you can actually see the material in a more favourable light in some cases. Whilst a couple of the songs have vocals that arent quite finished, most are bonafide alternate versions that are close to being a released take.
