Saint Sway Poor Pug.

Eddie really luvs showing up at Cubbies games to sing.

but whats with his singing???

All I can say, is he should thank his lucky stars that he has a halfway talented band playing behind him because he sings like a drunken moose

I'd rather hear Rosanne butcher the National Anthem

he should be kept away from events like this or maybe just stick to throwing out the first pitch. I've always found his interviews not that interesting when they bring him into the booth after singing. When you don't have "handlers" like the stones do, this is what happens. Besides, Ditka sang Take Me Out to the Ballgame best anyway

_Boomy_ He sang it last Friday, too. Was in town for Lollapolooza.

Did you go to Lollapalooza? I took my son just to see Pearl Jam's set from the VIP Cabanas, pretty standard setlist aside from a couple of Rarities (See: Education) and not as good as the private show I seen on Thursday. Overall a great time though.
7th August 2007 04:34 PM
_Boomy_ No, I didn't go.

He is more of a "Kerry Wood" Fan as he has him on stage with him most times they play in Chicago. He used to wear a sox hat when he hung around with Jack McDowell alot. I get the impression that Eddie doesn't know anything, nor care to, about baseball.
