I got them all from Stephen Barnard's book THE ROLLING STONES Street Fighting Years; I don't know if you know it. It's photography-as-art, collected from all the big names like Gered Mankowitz and Dezo Hoffmann. There's a good bit in the Foreword by Bill Wyman where he says he didn't remember smiling for the camera so much in those days!
Have a few more 
It would have been better if I could have scanned them instead of photographing them, but they didn't come out TOO badly.

and dont apologize...quality is great! and i use to take pix these days as well because i dont want to bend the book to scan pix...
