The downside to this, is I may reach a point were it's just porn. I'm of the opinion that this stuff is cooler, it leaves more to the imagination, which is way more erotic that something XXX. It's a fine line, but I'm always on the lookout, and I appreciate all the help, this task is not mine alone.

I took it off. I felt weird looking at myself on all the posts. I don't want people to think I have a big ego, because I don't. I noticed most of the people don't post their photos..just trying to fit in better.
I just thought since I was new people might want to know what I look like. My avatar is me too. I was going to use a picture of dead flowers, but I couldn't find anything I liked. |

the downside also is that a few people have e-mailed us saying they find it (most notably the stretched ass one) a bit near the knuckle and a few others have mailed saying that looking at this site while at work has become a bit too risky because of the content of the same photos.
I'm afraid the ass one (much as I happen to like it) is a bit 'too hot to handle' and would need to go. I'm just asking you and anyone who's uploading photos as avatars or footers to be aware of the possible implications for others when they're looking at it (aside from blindness).

all I know is that anyone that wrote those emails is following the wrong band. Are the owners of this website losing their respect for the freedom of expression, and what's even much worse, their common sense?
I was deeply annoyed with the most recent Stones video - much to my concern, there was depicted a simulated sexual intercourse, which really spoiled my days - but I'm by no means troubled with P's signatures, which are as harmless as the notorious page 3 from the british yellow press.
This was never ment to be an old maidens board, I think.

it's a matter of respect. respect for fellow board members who may not wanna see that kind of thing, respect for women in general and respect for each other.
it's a STONES board, not a porn site. i am asking for myself, since i can't speak for others, PLEASE don't put that shit up on the board. i was not prepared to see it, i didn't go there to see it, and it angered me on many levels to see it. RESPECT! |
