i emailed them today to confirm my original 'confirmation'

Just got the confirmation Email too. What a fuck up all round.

The thing that really gripes me is the convenience fee I had to pay for all the hassles!!

At least we can relax for a while now!

exile perhaps there were a lot of people who were not members buying tickets. eg. scalpers

and RS.com wanted their cut with the membership
