I'll take a kiss, Brian! Many, many kisses.... I think
kissing is really the most special, intimate thing you can
do. Holding someone's face in your hands--someone you
love--and kissing that face....ahhhhhh
Thanks Olivia! ;0 |

Love those last two pictures Lisa, thanks!
Ok, so, I'm watching "Jeopardy" on TV. And they have a category called "Like A Rolling Stone"... And the first question has our boy's name in it! Question: "This Brian, born the same year as Brian Jones, wrote the song 'God Only Knows'" Of course, that was Brian Wilson. But I loved hearing our Brian's name. He was actually in another clue I heard one time---"He died in his swimming pool on July 3, 1969"...
BUT, and this made me MAD....another question in the category today started "Mick Jagger started the Rolling
Stones in 1962......" AAARRRGGGGHHHHH! False information!!
And Joe Q. Public believes this to be true.....
Ahhh, our poor, sweet Brian. He just doesn't get any respect.. |

Jeopardy is not always completely right. They sometimes get their information
from unreliable sources as you pointed out with the Mick Jagger founding
the Stones thing. Someone should have looked into that what would have
been really cool if one of the contestants had corrected Alex right then and
there!! Right On Brian!! |

I would have corrected them, lol... The world would have known the truth! But, if they'd gotten me started....LOL.
Thanks for that pic, Steve! |

That "Jeopardy" isnīt in the German TV-program, so I do not know it...
...but it must be shit, if they do not paying our dear Brian respect, yeeeees!!! |

It is a game show, Alex. One of the few U.S. game shows
that require brains... But yes, Linda is right, they
sometimes get their facts wrong. And, unfortunately,
the "fact" that Mick started the band is probably pretty
prevelant here. Slowly but surely history is re-written
and the fallacies are accepted as fact.
But we all know the truth... And there are plenty of
people who do. We will keep the truth alive.. |
