I made a mixed disc the other day--it contains tunes from Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson & Friends, Van Leer Rose, Iggy Pop, Bob Dylan, and Etta James. Very good mix, if I do say so myself. |

Right now enjoying Alice Cooper - Welcome to My Nightmare album (1975). Folks..... Alice Cooper is a true genius.... mostly when playing with the Alice Cooper Band (Glen Buxton, Neil Smith, Michael Bruce) until 1974. |

The real Heavy Metal is JUDAS PRIEST. Rob Halford is God.
I think those late bands like Slayer have nothing to do with that "Classic Heavy Metal".
And yes, I'm still looking for a L&G DVD fellow brit. Why are you asking buddy?
Take care |

ride like the wind - i have been groovin' on the 81 tour all weekend... rltw is still my favorite, but the recently treed four-pack of 81 gigs is pretty sweet. i still have yet to hear a fantastic KC, although i understand one circulates. i also understand that the empress valley 6 disc NJ set is something special, but i have not heard that one either...
ernie watts did a good job on the horn this tour...
speaking of ernie, he plays on the james brown album "soul on top," which was recently re-released. i have been listening to that one alot, too...
i also have been diggin some early ('74 - '75) clapton. 461 ocean blvd. is still my favorite album of his. the outtakes from that album are sick, and the shows he put on around that time kick a$$...
finally, my buddies taped the pearl jam VFC gig in ashville. great set, and it sounds terrific... |

Oh Steve, you are so generous fellow. Damn, I'm sure the non NTSC would run properly on PC, but I don't know what could happen when pluged on the old TV.
Hmmm, let me see what can I do. By now, thank you very much. I will stay in tune.
Good sunday for ya

i stand corrected. i am currelntly listening to this one (detailed below), and it is excellent - so far, as good as (if not better than) rltw...

This was treed on UC last year...ripped from original silver (the title escapes me at the moment). There is one known glitch (She's So Cold D2) that is very minor. My first seed...I hope it works! |
