I sent Voodoo a picture of me w/ Ross Puritty...my dad trained him for a '94 fight against Tommy Morrison...the one fight Ross actually did quite well in...it was a draw, but Ross really won...but Tommy had a contract w/ the USA network at the time, so they couldn't have him lose. But then he was diagnosed w/ AIDS...haven't heard anything about him since. |

A few weeks ago, that damn Rocky movie w/ Tommy was on all freakin' weekend. I wonder what happened w/ him having AIDS...I think he's an HIV carrier, like Magic Johnson...but doesn't have full-blown AIDS.
My dad trained Tommy's brother, who was actually a really really good fighter...but the guy ended up going to prison for raping and torturing a woman. I heard that he bit her all over...very brutal...he belongs in prison. |
