Erik_Snow I'm putting this one on the Rocks Off tracker:

(PS: I'd be curious to hear how this compares with other CDs out there...as I've only heard a few of them)

Live At The Bush - "Undercover Tree version"

CDR from "Undercover Tree" -> WAV (EAC) -> FLAC (Flac frontend) -> You

Recording info:
Shepherds Bush Empire, London, England
June 8th 1999

Quality:
Excellent (!) Audience

Here's a CDR I got from Undercover Tree about 7 years ago
I've heard this recording on several other "pressed" bootlegs, but none of them has sounded as good as this version.
However, I've never heard the 2nd edition from VGP. But I doubt there's any version that sounds as good as this Undercover CDR.
Terrific concert, very special setlist.

Fresh scans included
(the tracklisting at the backcover is missing the "intro" and "band intro")

Tracklist:

DISC 1 :
01 Intro
02 Shattered
03 It's Only Rock 'n Roll
04 Respectable
05 All Down The Line
06 Some Girls
07 Melody
08 I Got The Blues
09 Brand New Car
10 Moon Is Up

DISC 2 :
01 Saint Of Me
02 Honky Tonk Women
03 Band Introductions
04 You Got The Silver
05 Before They Make Me Run
06 Route 66
07 You Got Me Rocking
08 Tumbling Dice
09 Brown Sugar
10 Jumpin' Jack Flash

**Do not spread this recording in MP3, and do not sell**

Erik_Snow "Live At The Bush" is up now.

BTW, why is there no announcement for the 1969 torrents on the tracker? Are these torrents from the "old" RO tracker, before it was re-arranged a few weeks ago...or are they brand new ?
12th June 2007 04:38 PM
stalemate97_2006 Hi everybody

I download Gimme Shelter from RO Tracker.
Is someone can tell me if it is real losseless ?
When I convert track to wav and analyse spectral view, there's an horizontal bar on right channel ??

If someone can post the lineage about thoses 69'concerts

Thanks

charlotte major thunderstorms in the area are causing a few power outages...even though I have UPS power back-up it's only for 30 minutes...

you would think that a multi billion dollar/euro operation like this one could afford to buy a 2 hour back-up system but the board of directors(unholy trinity) prefer to spend all of the profits on drugs, beer/liquor/vino, sex and stones tickets........hmmmmmmmmmmmm cant really blame them

All torrents should be 'announced' on this thread, to not only make people aware of them but also to indicate that their content isnt 'banned' material (ie, official releases, lossy material, etc).

If anyone has uploaded a torrent and has not done so, please do so a.s.a.p.

Any 'unannounced' torrents shall be taken off the tracker.
14th June 2007 05:31 PM
cabledogg2 I don't know about the Gimmie Shelter title on the tracker but the "In the Park" title is officially released (it is not owned by the band but the company that filmed it). I attempted to upload this on dime a long ago and it promply got me banned from uploading torrents for 6 months.

What's up with these torrents and why haven't they been announced anywayz? I was wondering this before but nobody seemed to notice dispite the policy that you must make a post on here to go with your torrent. Do you think these torrents are lossy or something?
14th June 2007 06:12 PM
pdog These unnanounced and official stuff should be enough reason to have the tracker by a bit more personalized like DAD and others. I'm not saying we need to have enforced share ratios, but we may want to at least have users known to uploaded torrents, so we can avoid people putting Mp3's and official stuff up...
I'm happy with it, since it doesn't give me any headaches, and if no one else is dealing with these problems and feeling put out, then all is cool...

I've mailed Charlotte to remove them. Thanks
14th June 2007 06:43 PM
charlotte those torrents in question have been deleted from the Tracker...looks like I need to get my club out...I will start banning your IP address from the Tracker if you refuse to follow the rules...we had a few folks last summer who refused and since then they have been banned

Thanks again to all of those who make the RO Tracker the best source for stones non-commercial material!!

Please send me a PM if you see "rule breaking" happening on the Tracker.

Thanks!! R

Yes that makes great sense.
Although it's hard to report-a-torrent when they're obivously great torrents, but I see new ones appearing every day...even today! I wonder why it can be so hard to give a short description at this thread?

I had to remove that one, sorry about that.
I've listened through the rip, but without any reason I skipped Brown Sugar. And after uploading it, I was listening to the WAV files, and there was a click-clack noise throughout Brown Sugar, to my surprise, also on the CD! ....I've no idea why....and I can't upload damaged goods. Have to get a new copy or original,
I do feel silly about this....have teared the CD up with scissors now, to feel more relaxed

there's a feeling of closure when you destroy the Cd with errors...
I look forward to you finding a clean copy...
I'm going to delete the folder....

One thing is for sure, they are NOT lossy.

Every unannounced torrent I downloaded were ALL lossless, with artwork and with a great info file.

This guy/girl is not an amateur and I can surely say he/she is from France. Nobody that doesn't speak french would include french notes like this one in their torrents:

"Live In New York 1969" réunit deux shows mythiques et complets du Madison Square Garden, le premier, déjà piraté sur "MSG 69" (Hot Lips et VGP), est de meilleure qualité que le second, qui était inédit jusqu'alors.

All the best,
Gonzalo

P.S: Many thanks mysterious french guy/girl !

stalemate97_2006 Hi

Don't know who up those many 69'show but thanks to him too ;-)

Ed Sullivan show contains many songs not very good. Songs are full of distortions. Seems that the rip of the audio cd was not very good.
