Not much of a Manson fan, got these for a friend, the show looked pretty good even though I couldnt get into the music and turned the volume down way way low.

I've had this album since my university days. Agreed! It's a great album. This album introduced me to a lot of other Blues singers after I found out that Willie Dixon wrote a lot of their biggest songs.

Wow, is that a good album? Very long title, but it could possibly be a gem.

Recommend it?

sirmoonie Stevie Wonder - Talking Book - What a great piece of music.

Cash - CASH - fuck what a great piece of music.

Stones - Forty Licks - I listen to it all the time. The Stones were much less album oriented band than their contemporaries, and playing Stones in any haphazard order robs nothing of the richness. F-Licks was nicely done.

John Wood I just bought Miles Davis Milesstones, so I've been listening to that. I already have Kind Of Blue, and Sketches Of Spain.
February 28th, 2005 10:24 PM
Child of the Moon Right now...
The Stones - More Fast Numbers. A compilation disc I made for myself, full of fast and/or hard-driving rockers. Right now, Carol is on. Then other stuff, like Under My Thumb from Got LIVE, Hold On to Your Hat, Rip This Joint, Respectable, etc.
Derek and the Dominoes - Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs
Nat King Cole - Steppin' Out of a Dream
Joni Mitchell - Hejira
Neil Young - On the Beach

And I just got done watching 25X5 for the first time in about a year. So sad... I used to watch that once a month, sometimes more.

Milestones is such a great album. The title track is a great piece of work, especially. Dig Dr. Jackle and Straight, No Chaser as well.

M.O.W.A.T. A compilation of Motley Crue songs based on the setlist from Sunday's show in Ottawa. This show kicked some serious ass! It surpassed my expectations and delivered the goods. If you get a chance to see the Crue on this tour (preferably without an opening act -- just 2+ hours of MC) do so. Your entertainment dollar will not be wasted!

The setlist:

Shout at the Devil
Too Fast For Love
10 Seconds to Love
Red Hot
On With the Show
Too Young to Fall in Love
Looks that Kill
Louder than Hell
Live Wire
Girls Girls Girls
Wild Side
Don’t Go Away Mad
Primal Scream
Glitter
Without You
Home Sweet Home
Dr Feelgood
Same Old Situation
If I Die Tomorrow
Sick Love Song
Kickstart My Heart
Helter Skelter
Anarchy in the UK
