TOO COOL of a stage...where was that during the tour?
Now...I must be the only one who thought the show totally sucked ass!!! The sound sucked...the audience prop was pathetic...did you see the rest of the real audience in the stands? No one cared what was happening on the field.
The setlist was , well, crap...they did look good though...real good.
The setlist they should have played?

Oh well, Not as good as seeing them live. It rocked and I'm sure everyone was pleased, those who do not know what to listen for. A little sloppy here and there but its only rocknroll. The Super Bowl and The Stones, for cryin out loud.
All in all it was a great half time right up there with jet packs and the other stuff.
I agree it would have been nice to hear some of their soul #s.
Aint to proud to beg,
Just my Imagination,
and end with Brown Sugar,
Jumping Jack Flash or Satisfaction as they did.
I loved it Thank you Stones for a great 1/2 time show. |

The sound sucked, they emptied out the living room at the Super Bowl party here. Palmdale was humiliated!
(And its an AMERICAN event, not a Detroit event, Motown covers are unnecessary and unwanted by the masses). |

Working to the clock, wearing lots of black, 'Satisfaction' as a jab at the commercials, Ronnie looking gorgeous, they were dandy.
'Have you always wanted to play the Super Bowl?'
'No, not really.' |
