Sometimes we define spam as the activity some sick persons do to insult, offend, and / or flood a board with bad vibes.
There�s another way of spam and it�s to flood a board with nerdy crap that does not fit with the board class.
These spammers never offend directly, but with all the bullcrap they post they start to piss the regulars off until the regulars start insulting as the patient has a limit. They invite trouble; and seem to get off on playing the victim. When they are the real source of the problem.
The thing here is that these kind of people are completely sure they are soooooooo cool, and all others love the shit they post, when the fact is: the more they post the more they piss us off.
They don�t have any idea of the waste of time it represents as many of the readers use to open those threads just to see elaborated bullshit.
Since we have by far more readers than writers I don�t give a fuck if they leave the board because of this new policy.
So for the time being maybe we will start deleting threads that does not fit with the board, no matter if they don�t have any apparent insult but filling a board like Rocks Off with nerdy crap is offensive for many or all of us.
We have a reputation to maintain and improve, we are running our 6th year and we cannot spoil the Rocks Off essence and it�s rock and roll in its more crude form: The Rolling Stones.

The only problem with the Novogate emiticons is that when a thread goes to the archive they don't work anymore, so messages using x-s of emoticons (like Martha's ) looks odd in the archives, just take a look |

Second, we have a total of 254 archives, not 2. The board has a maximum of 150 messages, in three pages, when message 151 is posted the last 50 are moved to a new archive.
