Now that's a long song that's totally original & interesting, the same with "Sweet Jane" of Rock 'N' Roll Animal, Lou Reed & Bowie were a new force in music back then, it was like a new awakening! never mind these guys with long hair & blue jeans, how about guys that look like somebody from the 40's or just joined the army, The Sex Pistols happened after that, & they were original, I call Aerosmith a poor man's Rolling Stones, The lead singer copies Jagger to a tee, with all the scarps & big lips, & the guitarist originally copied Keith to a tee, I can think of a lot of bands that copied the Stones a lot better, in the 60's it was The Ugly Ducklings & Chocolate Watchband, even The Pretty Things, The New York Dolls did it even better, then there was Aerosmith.

Mr Jurkka It really depends what kind of music i'd have to listen 10 minutes.. i really proggresive metal and rock.. like dream theater to listen long songs.. and pink floyd has long songs too.. but it doesnt always have to long song to blow your mind.. like rolling stones songs..

Honky Tonk Man It all depends on the song really, but overall I do prefer it when a song is a little more trimmed down than clocking in at 10 minutes. There are exceptions of course.

The jinn, my friend. I thought the songs from Enigma were longer. I look at these works from Enigma as one piece. I like long songs, but I also enjoy symphonic music.
