'Nashville's most fucked up country band' Lambchop brengt 14 augustus zijn achtste album uit: Damaged. De titel slaat vooral op de geestelijke gesteldheid van de toch al niet al te vrolijke frontman Kurt Wagner. Schreef hij vorige albums nog vrolijk jodelend op zijn veranda, op Damaged gaat hij letterlijk en figuurlijk naar binnen en schrijft zijn persoonlijke problemen van zich af. Het resultaat is een aangrijpende cd die muzikaal ergens tussen de albums Is A Woman en Nixon uitkomt. De alt.country van Wagner en consorten wordt steeds minimalistischer, maar de zeggingskracht ervan steeds groter!

Never heard any rumurs abut club shows this coming tour.....
This mini tour is about money.....look for a mixture of arenas and stadiums....with stadiums being more than 50%.
