I agree, pretty much any live version of Happy from 72-89 is great, my favorite is the one on Love You Live. |

For me, the first "going through the motions" Happy started somewhere in the mid-90's, the 89 Happy still had a bit of fire to it. |

the only SW tour that had a bite to it for me was the At The Max version....and I can only wonder how many overdubs are on that one!!!!! |

I saw it at the Imax theater back in 91 when it was released, and from what I remember, if you enjoyed the SW tour (playing style, set list, etc.) you'll like the film, I just wish it included the full show. |

Not really. I snore a bit but...oh, wait! You meant the Stones? Fair-to-middling... |

LSTNT was the last really great Stones movie, no? |

it is worth watching, especially entertaining at an IMAX theater, but the amount of overdubs on it is quite ridiculous. They did omit such great songs from the tour:
Gimme Shelter
Can't Be Seen
Play With Fire
Almost Hear You Sigh
One Hit
Midnight Rambler
Bitch
Factory Girl
Dead Flowers
Blinded By Love
Little Red Rooster
Harlem Shuffle |

BTB had a good DVD release. It was from the STL pay-per-view. |

I know, its not like the dvd's of these shows couldn't fit the remaining 5-6 songs!! Four Flicks has incomplete shows as well. |
|

The Paris club show is complete though, right? |
|

Have to agree w/Pugs, if you see The Max at an IMAX theater--it's it's a whole different story. If it ever comes back around, I would go again. |

I know for sure the arena and stadium shows are cut short, I'll have to check on the club show. The Paris show is my favorite one on Four Flicks. |

I was at both Twicks & the first MSG show. Twicks was actually better. |

I believe the Twicks show was the debut of PIB on that tour. |
|

I've heard PIB thrice this tour. |

You're right. OUCH! Keith's solo on this one is an embarassment, as is his bay-beh-bay-beh at the expense of actual lyrics. Ironically, Ronnie nailed his parts for once. |
