Jumping Jack How real is the Stones date of June 30 at Wembley? That could be worth a trip across the pond.

Will Wembley actually be done in June of this year?

The rumoured June 30th date is not for Wembley but for an indoor show at the 02 Arena (formerly the Millennium Dome). Theres no chance of them playing a stadium show that weekend as Rod Stewart is at twickenham on the 30th and the Princess Diana Tribute gig is at Wembley Stadium on the 1st July.

The Stones may still play the new stadium but if they do, it wont be before June, and it wont be on the weekends of 16/17 June (Muse are playing there) or 30 June/1st July.

Wembley is pretty much ready to go. It'll definitely be ready. The first 'official' event is the FA Cup final on May 19th, although there'll be a couple of 'test' events before that at reduced capacity which are necessary for Health & Safety purposes
