It was a great Christmas day...the kids were off at Bucky Dent's camp in Delray, the weather cleared up and it turned sunny and cool, and my wife actually thanked me for generous things I do for her and kids....but, as usual, good things never last... In the evening, before retiring, I went to watch TV and was subjected to not one, not 2, but 3 of the worst things imaginable...VH1 legends :1)John Lennon 2)U2 and to cap it off 3)Elvis Tribute.....
Needless to say, I took 2 ambiens and went to bed. |

Start Me Up was good b/c it was so bad..Mick's lip synching was way off and Keith and Ronnie pretending to play...Bill and Charlie slightly amused..However,Keith looked so fucking cool w/ the greeen jacket and salt-n-pepper full head of hair!!! |

My contacts are holding to $$ for these dates, I've not seen anything free up where you want to be. They were still there, as of 10 days ago. It may go down to the wire, thus, if you see anything, you may want to scoop it.
It's Sunday, at about 5pm, when the Phins charter will be flying back to S. Florida, to take them into the off season. Sunday game forecast to be in the 30's, Sunny.
CBS probably will have their A team, Gumbel, Simms, Katayian here. Can Ricky run in the cold?
We, however, will have to wait for the Pack to take out the J E T S before the division will be ours. |

I've never cheered for the Jets in my entire life...(Not even when Ralph Baker gave me an autographed Jets team ball!)
However, being a rabid Eagles fan, I'll cheer for 'em to take the Packers out of the hunt for home field advantage in the NFC.

It's good to have another diehard Eagles and Stones fan in this site. I lived 7 years in enemy territory in NYC and for once I am rooting for the Jets if the Birds fall to the Giants on Saturday. Hopefully, the Eagles take care of business and we can root for the Jets to lose again on Sunday. BTW, nice Big Foot Harrison allusion. You made me think of Claude Humphrey, Bill Bergey, Jerry Robinson, Charlie Johnson and the rest of that gang. And of course, John Sciarra whose jersey Mick wore for many shows in '81. |

Yeah, I loved the shots of all the computers, and then when that cute asian girl tosses her ponytail around when she looks from the screen to camera--right where Mick does his high pitch "Whoaaaaaa." .....oh....wait a minute....I'm thinking of the Windows 95 launch video. Still, not bad, the Stones made $12 million (+)? from Bill Gates.
Now if ole Billy G had done Mick's chicken dance complete with tights in the Microsoft commercial it would have been my all-time favorite video.
Still, SMU always of my favorite Stones songs.
