GotToRollMe I'm currently experiencing severe Stones withdrawal. Without even a hint of a live show until next year some time, I'm strung to the gills. I've tried massive doses of Handsome Girls, but it just isn't the same. So tell me, how do you guys handle your individual Stones jones?

I wait patiently for the imminent announcement of next summer's European tour!

Other than that - I recommend self abuse.

Saint Sway Stones Jones is like Star Jones.

Only much bigger.
29th November 2006 12:11 PM
FotiniD I hear you GTRM... It just isn't the same without a new setlist sticky on RO every other day...

Lots of DVD's to help me with cold turkey. And catching up with my pile of Stones books. My new quest is finding Barbara Cherone's - haven't read that one!

Of course there's always the possibility to pursue a 100% Stones-free life by doing completely irrelevant stuff - or is there?!

Dan I just feel total gig burnout not related to any bands in general. It was followed by 4 days of self abuse over Thanksgiving weekend and I can't say I feel any better because of it!

If I practice self-abuse from now til next summer, I'll go blind and miss the pre-sale! I must remain vigilant!

glencar Times 2 & then a few!
30th November 2006 01:11 AM
GotToRollMe Well, one good thing about being XX - at least you've lived long enough to have seen the Stones saga unfold before your very eyes. Not to mention probably seeing a shitload of great rock and roll shows in the '70s. Age does have its advantages sometimes. \

pdog I'm masturbating 4 to 6 times a day...
