Heh, heh. Dirty Work jokes. They get 'em every time...

Come on, Max...of course you have lapdogs. Isn't that the whole purpose of having your own website? What's the problem, anyway? In this obvious simile, YOU'RE George W. Bush and Tele is Tony Blair.

You just need to observe the leash laws. A muzzle might be good too. And has Tele had his shots?

OK, let me get this straight - I'm TOTALLY out of line getting bent out of shape over your fucking asshole buddy calling me a friend of al Qaeda - I should just let that roll off my back - but calling Tele your lapdog is out of bounds? Hmmmm. OK, I'll take that under advisement.

nankerphelge I'm confused.

The Bush administration's plan is no good because we sent our big bad bumblin' military to root out these pricks in Afghanistan and Iraq and Syria, etc.. but we failed because some innocents were killed.

But if we wage the war with the terrorists the way they wage it toward us, that is by fighting them wherever they hide -- then we are terrorists too because we are killing innocents, so we shouldn't do that either.

Okay, so we give up because we can't fight you guys cleanly. Instead, we'll change to hydrogen cars and just "hear out" these more misguided, poverty-ridden souls!

By Allah, we might just have a chance to fix this "problem"

Also, tele calling FPM a friend of Osama is no good, but FPM calling me a terrorist is okay?

Well, I won't throw a drink in your face over it!

Umm...no.

I think I've stated this a few times but maybe THIS time it will sink in, Flea. I started my own site because I was threatend pretty severely over a cheeky lil' post. I'm sure you were one of the regulars that Keno blind copied when he sent that threat to me, no? Made me think perhaps I should start my own site if I'm to joke around like that.

The fact a few people in internet land like to hang out there does not make them my "lapdog". I've pointed out to you a few times how diverse the people are that go there and the fact we have a political board where hardly anyone chooses to go is a sign I'm doing something right.

Yeah politics doesn't get much air time at that board. I post some really good shit there too from time to time, http://www.antiwar.com/ Justin Raimundo's site especially. My Aunt that kind of helped raise me, kind of a replacement Mom to me, is a big Bushie.... and we fight all the time about that stuff, but I'm starting to get through..LOL...

Motels, that's because I respect what you have to say politically and don't feel the need to get all upity at what you or anyone has to post there. That is what that board is for.

I also don't choose my friends (internet or otherwise) based on who they vote for. Contrary to what FPM has to say. Yeah, now he's going to say he never said that blah blah...But he implied I've build my site so us repugs can have a big laugh...

Wrong again.

FPM C10 AGAIN, I can't fucking believe that on the one hand I am WAY out of line for taking extreme umbrage at being labeled a "buddy" of bin Laden - the worst insult anyone could hand out in this day and age - and on the other hand it is a hanging matter that I called Tele your "lapdog".

And once again - as ALWAYS - I am taken to task for things I DIDN'T say. Talking to you people is exactly like being on Sean O'Hannity's show. I sure as hell never called LJ your lapdog, or anybody except Tele, and previously Fiji, because they share the same "kill all the towel-heads" philosophy that you espouse. And Jesus Christ, it was a fucking joke, an offhand remark that it was easy to find a funny picture to go with.

Yet the outrage expressed on the ass end of this hideous thread is all about my unfair labeling of someone as a toady - which ain't THAT far afield - as opposed to me being lumped in with the worst criminals of the last 100 years because I disagree with the president, which there is seemingly absolutely nothing wrong with. Gee, Max, how would YOU react to THAT?

Funny world we live in.

I'll tell you what - to prove that I am a far bigger man than Tele, I hereby sincerely apologize for any characterization of that odious personage as your "lapdog", or for the suggestion that your message board is a place where you sit around deciding which countries you'd like to see nuclear bombs dropped on. Oh, by the way, your suggestion of nuking Mecca? That is really a pip. Can't wait till you get a cabinet post.

There's no sense in stooping to gross exxagerations and outright lies. Just because Max, Nanker, Fiji, Riffy and Tele are extremists doesn't mean the rest of the gang is. The couch's cast of characters truly is a picture of diversity and they are to be commended for that.

It's easy to think that they're all assholes because the ones who are have such big mouths and say such outrageous things. But it's always a mistake to lump EVERYONE into a blanket condemnation. That can lead to frightening and insane ideas like the notion that you can fight terrorists by bombing cities.

Over at the couch, SS is one of my best friends in real life; PDog, SheRat, Gypsy and LJ are genuinely good people. 2000 Man and Sirmoonie post there and they're among the greatest posters to ever grace the Internets. DJNastyBits is also a great guy - hell, I'm sure I'm forgetting people. There are a LOT of just plain good folks there!

So don't condemn the whole place just because the biggest mouths are full of shit. I highly recommend checking the site out at least 1400 times a week.

And remember, Tele is NOT Maxy's lapdog! He's just a lying hate-spewing Republican asshole.

stewed & Keefed Arrests over London bomb attacks

The army has been helping the police with the operation
Arrests have been made in Yorkshire after the identity of the suspected London bus bomber led police to make raids in Leeds and Luton.
Police revealed the bus bomb suspect died in the blast but it is unclear if it was a suicide bombing.

In Leeds a controlled explosion was carried out to gain access to a house, as part of a search of six premises.

Police have exploded a car in Luton which they believe may be connected to the attacks that killed 52.

An unoccupied house in the Burley area of Leeds was one of six raided in Leeds after the attacks.

Security sources say the bomber of the No 30 bus died in Thursday's blast, BBC correspondent Danny Shaw has said.

Police in Leeds are looking for explosives and have already seized some material.

Up to 600 people have been evacuated from the area as part of the operation.

Police cleared people from homes as well as a mosque, a health centre and an old people's home.

Parts of the Beeston area of Leeds has been cordoned off, as well as a street in Dewsbury near the city.

Inspector Miles Himsworth said the operation was being led by the Metropolitan Police Anti-Terrorist officers with the support of West Yorkshire Police and the Army Bomb Disposal Unit.

He said the house at which the controlled explosion took place officers were searching for explosives and other material.

He said that may include computers, and a "careful and meticulous search" would be carried out.

Luton station closed

Anti-terrorism officers launched the first raids in the Leeds area on six houses at about 0630 BST.

One evacuated resident Nathan Clark, said people were "shocked" at what was happening.

"Everyone is amazed that it is happening on their doorstep," he told BBC News.

The police mood is said to be "buoyant" about the developments

Meanwhile in Luton the railway station has been closed and a cordon placed around an area that also covers the bus station and parts of Luton University campus.

Police said a car they believe may be connected to the London bombs has been found in the car park.

Earlier the Met commissioner Sir Ian Blair confirmed the operation "is directly connected to the outrages on Thursday".

Sir Ian said London, as well as New York, continued to be "major terrorist targets".

He said: "Another attack is likely, there's no question about that. When, who knows."

The Yorkshire searches were carried out after warrants were issued under the Terrorism Act 2000.

BBC security correspondent Frank Gardner said the police were acting on information from searches at the scenes of the crimes in London.

Five victims have been formally identified out of 52 people confirmed killed in last Thursday's explosions on three Underground trains and a bus.

Several families have received official confirmation of the deaths of loved ones.

The police released the names of two further victims on Tuesday - Philip Stuart Russell, 28, of Kennington, south London, and Jamie Gordon, 30.

Mr Gordon's family described him in a statement as a "kind, caring person who always put other people first".

Two other victims were formally identified on Tuesday, but their families asked for the names not to be released immediately.

On Monday, Susan Levy, 53, from Hertfordshire, was the first victim of the bombings to be officially identified by coroners.

Meanwhile in London, Prime Minister Tony Blair has signed the official book of condolences for victims at city hall.

The Queen has made a "substantial donation" to a fund set up to help the families of people killed and injured in the attacks, it has been announced.

Buckingham Palace did not reveal how much had been pledged to the London Bombings Relief Charitable Fund set up on Friday by Mayor Ken Livingstone and the British Red Cross.

An anti-terrorist hotline for anyone who might have information for the police has been set up on 0800 789 321.

stewed & Keefed One London bomber died in blast

CCTV footage shows the men arriving at King's Cross
Police believe at least one of four suspected London bombers died in Thursday's tube and bus blasts.
They said there was forensic evidence that one of the bombers died in the Aldgate explosion.

Security sources told the BBC they suspect the three on the tube were suicide bombers but are keeping an open mind on the bus bomber.

Police, who have made one arrest, say they have CCTV footage of four men arriving at King's Cross on Thursday.

Four bombs - three on the underground and one on a bus - claimed the lives of at least 52 people on Thursday.

LEEDS RAIDS

1. 0630 BST: Two houses raided in Beeston
2. Two houses raided at same time in Thornhill, Dewsbury
3. One House raided in Holbeck
4. 1320 BST: Controlled explosion in Burley

One man has been arrested in Yorkshire and taken to London for questioning after police raids on six houses in Leeds and the seizure of a car in Luton.

BBC Home Affairs correspondent Margaret Gilmore said security sources suspect all four men died.

Head of the Metropolitan Police anti-terrorist branch Peter Clark said they could not yet confirm this.

But he said documents identifying three of the men were found near three blast sites.

Three of the four men were from the West Yorkshire area said Mr Clark.

Following developments on Tuesday he described the investigation as "complex and intensive" and "moving at great speed".

The men have been captured on CCTV footage arriving at London's King's Cross Station just before 0830 BST on the day of the attacks.

Property belonging to one of the suspects from West Yorkshire, who was reported missing by his family just after 10am on Thursday, was found on the devastated bus.

Police have established that man was joined on his journey to London by three other men.

The second man's property was found at the scene of the Aldgate blast and the third man's belongings at both the Aldgate and Edgware Road blasts.

Mr Clark said: "We are trying to establish their movements in the run up to last week's attacks and specifically to establish if they all died in the explosions."

An anti-terrorist hotline for anyone who might have information for the police has been set up on 0800 789 321.

glencar So that whole theory about using cellphones to start these bombing runs isn't quite as accurate as it seems. It sounds like these dirty fuckers are doing suicide bombs. This is a bad, bad thing. I hope Osama's buddies get caught damned soon.
