Shame is a virtue so they say. I'll eat a hamburger in her honor tonight. Or a hot dog. After all it IS barbacue season.

>Gazza, why won't you condem patti for breaking up Bruce's marriage? Stop protecting her!!!
LMAO. probably because - as you may have noticed from my posts down the years on the Stones - I couldnt give a flying fuck about what some musician - or anyone for that matter - that I dont know personally does in the privacy of their own home or who they do it with.
"Its all about the music,Ronnie...."

Paul used Linda just like he used John and everyone else he ever knew....Macca has always been a self-promoting, jealous prick.
She was a very well respected photographer when she met him.
It's disgusting that people bash her. She was a good person, and died too soon.
I don't think much of people who are losers in life and critics on messageboards...
so there...

Will that make you more human?
Are you proud of that accomplishment?

I did not ctitisise Linda, but Macca. It was obviously tragic she died of cancer and she did seem like a caring person. Nonetheless, her husband is an ass-hole. |

I know you didn't Josh.
Your issues with Macca should be left to your shrink!

Gazza - I'm a little bummed that Springsteen felt compelled to post a speech by Al Gore, in its entirety, on his website.
Even Democrats - at least here in D.C. - think Gore is half-crazy, if not worse. |

as I'm not American, nor are most of his fans, its of no consequence to me who he votes for in a free society as long as its not someone who endorses hatred, murder or terrorism.
I read the speech and cant say I found anything objectionable in it personally even if I dont care for a musician rabbiting on about politics. He's entitled to his opinions but I dont think anyone's opinions are any more valid because theyre a songwriter than they would be if they were an office clerk or a garbage man.
Its not really for me as a foreigner to say to someone in a country I dont live in or pay taxes in - "dont vote for that guy", even if I may think he's a prick.. (but then I think ALL politicians are pricks). Have to say I do find it bizarre that so many Americans get so riled up about internal politics as if theres a HUGE difference in the policies of each party.
Compared to most countries, including my own, its relatively small. |

Patti was on Letterman the other day. Her song was boring. I expected better. |

She is exploiting the fame of her husband to promote her own career....she is not very good or attrative for that matter... |

Her previous efforts had good reviews. That's why I expected better. She should stick to backing vocals. |
