OK. Good.
Since this thread seems to have pretty much petered out and degenerated into something of a bunfight, I wonder if I might sneak off-topic and ask:
Can anyone tell me what 'rmk' means, as is often seen in brackets after the title of "Child Of The Moon"?
This has puzzled me for years, and I never did come across an explanation in any of the books I read about The Stones. |

Thanks, Lazybones.
"Remake" had ocurred to me as a possibility before, although it's not a commonly used term as applied to music/songs, with "version", "reprise" or "revisited" being more usual.
Also, this particular recording seems to be the only legitimately released version of this song (although it certainly IS a reworking of a number slated for 'Satanic Majesties')*

Honest, Lazybones, I'm not being shitty. Do you have a definite source for that?
Yes, I'm an anorak..... |

Lol...stick around long enough, Noonan, and you'll be amazed. Ok, so amazed might be the wrong word but I think it's metaphorically comparable to penis envy.
Too much sun (or is it son?) in his diet!
Back to the topic (an unfamiliar concept for Josh), I read somewhere that that's what it stands for. It may even be from the remastered set's booklet...
Shit, jb, you make this too easy. |

You eat the sun? |
