No Tele, that is something called 'chinchulin'. Those are the guts of the cow. Maybe it sounds something disgusting, but it's very rich when you eat it!
In the bottom are bread in paper bags, there are kidneys, something called 'chorizo' that is a pig inlay, something called 'morcilla' (that really you are not going to want to know how is done), chicken and different cuts from cow meat. The real 'Asado Argentino'!

thanks! it was 4AM, and i was struggling to stay awake, waiting for a cab to the airport in Tucson after a friend's wedding... mucho tequilla, boredom, and some really bleary eyes. I've only had the camera for a few weeks, so i'm still getting a feel for it.
