Biggest ommission from this suspect list is...Claptons Layla....with help from Duanne....stunning in its lasting glory!..Stones are a rythm band so wouldnt expect them to make a list if a legitimate one ever comes out... |

However, theres a new 'list' of something every week. Its lazy music journalism. And no one cares.
Well I wish there were a way I could make some money of this list/poll craze. Then I would care....deeply.

I believe this list was meant to be the top 10 songs played on "air guitar". Chill everyone |

I've seen the whole list and no Stones song made the top 30. |

Thats fair enough then. No Stones songs worthy of air guitar. Stones songs are more for Jagger impersonators. |

The list is gutter trash. Any list of guitar solos without Layla in the Top Ten is a waste of paper, ink, and thought.
Any number of Stones tunes have worthy guitar solos (Winter, Bitch, Time Waits For No One, to name a few), but I'm not surprised that they didn't have a song on this list. Their songs, as a whole, are too great to chop up and pick a few particular bars that stand out as greatness. The whole compositions are great, not just five or six measures. |
