Man, you'll NEVER get asked to join "the Party" with instincts like THAT.

Maybe include a little something about 'corn' next time around, would you? That'd be nicer.

jojolapoo Omaha'd....not Omaha'd!

Y'all got to see the Stones on (what may or, let's pray may not be) the final leg of the North American tour.

You got the best acoustics a theatre, sans Carnegie Hall, has in this country.

You got to see the STONES!

"Nuff said.

Sorry, Lil Brian. I'm sure Omaha is a fun town. It's just a game with Joey that I play. I didn't think about the collateral damage.

_____________

With all due respect to Joey, who makes me laugh more than any other on this board, Nebraska is truly desolation stacked upon more desolation.

Perhaps that explains dear Joey's fixation for shitting, for that is about all there is to do in Omaha - that and fuck fat people...and there is much speculation that those two things are often done simultaneously in that awful place...

(I am sorry Joey - but sometimes the truth must be spoken)

Jumping Jack A free bar serving doubles all night long at your request and never more than 2 deep equals the most fun of the tour. Not even the great Quest Center can equal that.

When more people talk more about set lists than the party that was the show you can tell it was attended by many turkeys and old farts!

When did the Stones start attracting computer geeks to their shows? The measure of how great a show was should be the fun that was had, not a list of songs on a computer screen or a crappy bootleg CD.

" I’ll close by writing that it was simply a fantastic evening. Great friends, tasty dinner, quick warm up at Walters, super venue with an open bar serving doubles with short lines, an outstanding performance by the greatest band of our lifetime on top of their game. This is simply as good as it gets. If you can’t have fun here, you can’t have fun anywhere. I hope this is not the end, but if it was it has been a heck of a party. "

Wow J.J. ....... it sure sounds like you had one Hell of a time at this gig .

YES !!!!

Jumping Jack A Who Stones double bil in Omaha? Would I be greeted?

I had a great time, but sadly the guy with the weed at the bottom of our isle was escorted out half way through the show. :-(

ps, the rest rooms at Walters were not up the the Qwest Center standards and I am terribly constipated!
16th March 2006 12:03 PM
