Oh, and like I'd really tell you guys which lame albums I own.
You don't have to tell me, I grabbed a stack on my way out last night. I'll give them back.

robpop!! Great Find!!
Whatever happened to Steve Dahl and Gary Meyer (sp?). When I should have been getting an early night for high school here in PA, I used to listen to those guys on the overnight Chicago WLUP-AM ("The Loop") rebroadcasts in the early 80s. To this day, I think those two are the funniest duo in talk radio that I've ever heard!
DISCO DEMOLITION!!!! Were any Chi-Town board members here present at that historic original or anniversary event?

Here is an interview with Steve Dahl on Keith Olbermann for the 25th aniversary. I was going to post this with the original, but I did not want this to turn in a political pissing match because of Keith Olbermann.
Only ten cent beer night in Cleveland came come close to this. I could not find any video of that.

We never took notice. I guess we had other things on our young minds that year.
The Nations greatest year. 1979.

Yeah. I know. You really did not have to point that out, but thanks anyway. Its a shame, but the Pirates make more money coming in last place than they would coming in second or third. Its a screwed up league. Yankees or Red Sox, again. They are both the same.

i used to hide my disco records - this was in the early 80s - when people came over...
i was too young to be bold about my tastes....
like a queen bolting out of the closet, i finally just said 'fuck it' and displayed them with my collection,
though i made sure they were embedded between sly and marvin gaye.....

Hmm the most embarassing album?
Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson.
I'd much rather kill myself than ever listening or take a look at that album again! Ever!
But I must come back for a little more,
