I never bad mouthed Stonesdoug's board. I just said it sucked to post a reply and then find out afterward that I was "expired". I hardly posted anything on his board to begin with; just read Stones news. I posted this here because all you folks are sad that jb is gone. I wanted you to know about the Taylor-era, post '78 thread that he was on that's all.

then i apoligize for the misunderstanding, but it is pretty common knowledge among the board which monikers jb uses on the other boards. Cheers to ya. I encourage you to give Dougs board another shot, Rocks Off and Shidoobee together offer fantastic news, fun people, fine moderators, and many excellent historians on the band, their instruments, and other facts. |

Of course I will continue to check out Shidoobee for news & info. I'm just not interested in registering again for anything right now...any true Stones fan knows all there is to know about them at this point. As far as what era you prefer, to each his own. I certainly can't see wasting my time discussing it at any length or arguing about which is better for that matter. What does matter to me is how these legends will seal their deal. What kind of CD are they going to release this year (if any)? What kind of show will they put on & how tight will they sound? After all, this could be the last time...

no problem! LMAO its a fairly androgenous monikor. when i came on the scene 8 or so years ago all the monikors i wanted were taken: rubytuesday, ladyjane and of course my number one favorite, bitch. so i had to settle for jaxx as in jumpin jaxx flash (JJF was taken too!). i've met too many of ya'll to change it now.
for the record, i like JB, i had a very nice relationship w/him over the years. i remember him back from the days of stonesworld. he was controversial then, he's controversial now because he likes it that way. as an administrator of this board, i have defended his antics over and over again as a joking and kidding around. i have also placated many a member he has upset and frustrated. that is my own experience. i can't speak for my partners in crime. fact is he's got issues, but they are HIS issues, not mine, gazza's or voodoo's. other than the fact that this chitterchatter feeds his over inflated ego, floods the board and is gossip which i detest anyway, i have no other issues.
