I will! What an arrogant c**t!
The league should fine him.
In fact, the Giants should have lined up with a running play and run the baby in for an extra 6!

Well after having been called "a wanker" which I am not I'll say that I have seen lots of concerts and also played a lot myself and when I go to a rock and roll show I like it when the band kicks ass and plays well. Energy shown by physically moving one's ass as well as good music result in a great show. We are talking about rock and roll here; Pink floyd, eagles, Tom petty etc.. are producing good music but watching them doesn't excite me like watching the Stones, Iggy Pop etc... Anybody out there feels the same?
Rock and roll,

Just because I feel like it...MY top halftime shows (sound issues aside)...that I can actually remember...because I never really watched them unless I REALLY wanted to...
1) PRINCE...because he is AMAZING!!!
2) AEROSMITH/MARY J BLIGE(sp)/BRITTNEY...I thought BS wearing an AEROSMITH T-shirt was classic!!!
3) STONES...well...well, we all know why...
3.5) TOM PETTY
4) MACCA
5)JUSTIN/JANET...simply because we haven't heard from her since
6) KISS...they did play, right? Or was it a weird dream I had?!? |

KISS played the pregame show one year.
I know this not because I'm a fan, but because I saw Paul Stanley's guitar at the NFL Hall Of Fame last summer.

Rock and roll,
Mops
Well, yeah, but this was no rock and roll show. It was 4 abbreviated songs in 12 minutes between halves of a football game. I thought Petty seemed a little shy/nervous. But it wasn't like a concert---it was a half time show by a rock and roll band, not a leaping, jumping performance band. I think his music speaks for itself. |

Now Petty was dull.
Unreal.
Mike Campbell ALONE was enough to rock the house.
TP was a good choice for a 15 minute set.
Next year I hope they do a hip hop theme.
LJ.

I thought Prince was less than interesting. I loved the Stones. Unbelievably good. Mick's demonstration of showmanship compared to the whimpering TP was quite a contrast. I can't believe I agreed with Old KKKR about this but, for once & once only, he's right. |
