Are you sure??? I heard that 75% were pulling for the Falcons??? There appears to be a lot of Michael Vick fans out there. Could be wrong though.
Let the games begin and may the best teams win (see previous post for predictions)

Falcons 27
Eagles 14
After the game look for hundreds of Eagles fans to immediatly threaten the life of Donovan McNabb and Andy Reid. Those Eagles fans are nuts I tell ya! They are already in the parking lot and have been drinking in 9 degree weather since about 8 am.

I'm sure. I read it on the internet. Turns out a whopping %80 of WWII vets want the Steelers too. What could be driving these numbers? |

Well, 75% of the troops will be bitterly disappointed. I mean this is football not ping pong. The Steelers will be brushing up on their ping pong strokes after tonight. |

The 9 degree weather doesn't include wind chill. It's frozen out there in Philadelphia (in more ways than one). Crazy doesn't begin to describe the passions that NFL prime time can arouse. It's dog eat dog.
Wonder how many cases of frostbite they will have tomorrow or will it just be one big hangover????

Hi Moonie!
Go Falcons!!!
Go Steelers!!!
I don't want the Falcons to have to face the Pats.
Question. How many homocides/suicides will an Eagles defeat mean to the city of Philadelphia? Over/under?

Me and my homies used to live off these during football season. I ain't had them in years, but I'm gonna be grillin some up this evening while watching the games, very simple and effective.
<~~~Blooze's Smashmouth Brats~~~>
~BEEF sausage (and not that store bought, processed lips & a-holes Eckridge Farms-type crap, get some real "meat market" grade beef sausage if you can)
~tortillas
~saurkraut
~spicy mustard
Grill the sausages until they're fairly crispy on the outside, and warm the torillas on grill.
Then place sausage in a tortilla and top off with the kraut & mustard and wash'em down with plenty of ICE COLD BEER!
It won't matter if your team wins or loses, cause you'll be the real winner enjoying these tasty treats.
Go0o0oo0o Steelers!

You Pats fans must be very happy. Congrats.
I'm happy for the Eagles. 24 years is a long time to wait to return to the Show.
Eagles vs Patriots in the Superbowl.
Pats look awfully good!!! Hope it's a close game.

I think the Steelers played pretty well in second half. The Pats just don't make mistakes. Brady reminds of Stabler, nothing flashy, but cool and knows exactly what to do to win. Eagles better have their A game. |

>Talking bout some snow in Philly. Maybe a foot on the ground, with the possibility of another foot... up McNabbs ass.<
Oh yeah....McNabb wasn't the guy who spent most of his afternoon picking Lincoln Field turf outta his facemask. It was Mr. Superman. The Eagles wore kryptonite jerseys today.
>People that take the Falcons too lightly are certainly no fans of recent NFL history. Who is the only team to beat the Packers during the playoffs on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field? That's right sports fans. It was the Atlanta Falcons!! They were supposed to get crushed. They were a 9 point underdog. No way in hell that the hapless Falcons could beat the mighty Packers and golden boy Farve, but there it is. In the history books.<
The Packers....please. Don't even bother comparing this Eagles team with those losers. The Eagles proved that they are a superior team in every aspect of the game. So enjoy that win over GB. Cause you ain't gettin' another one this year.
>Falcons 27
Eagles 14<
Nice one Corky.
>After the game look for hundreds of Eagles fans to immediatly threaten the life of Donovan McNabb and Andy Reid. Those Eagles fans are nuts I tell ya! They are already in the parking lot and have been drinking in 9 degree weather since about 8 am.<
And they'll be there drinking at 8AM tomorrow. I'd say Andy and Donovan get to live a couple more weeks. They earned it.
>Question. How many homocides/suicides will an Eagles defeat mean to the city of Philadelphia? Over/under?<
You lived in Atlanta...so I guess you know the answer for ATL?
>Live by the Vick,Die by the Vick<
Bullshit. You died by DEFENSE. Vick died because the defense he was playing against SHUT HIM DOWN. There is no question who the best quarterback in the NFC is. And he wears #5, not #7.
Now I'm gonna let all those Pats fans shoot their fucking mouth's off. They do it all the time, so have at it. You got 2 uninterupted weeks to talk yourselves into how great you are. I know, my poor poor Eagles don't have a chance.
Just assume this as my reply to all those posts.....
Shut the fuck up, and bring it.
And that's all I got to say.

I think that around this time next year I'm going to pick the teams who won't go to the Super Bowl. I was 2 and 0 today in that way of thinking.
I'm in an unenviable position of pulling for the Patriots. Being a Redskins fan, I hate every other team in the NFC East. So, I hope the Eagles go 0 for 2 in the Super Bowl.
So, who's going to be this Super Bowl's Rod Martin?

SS, The Eagles are a team not to be taken lightly.
They have many good players.
We will have our hands full.
Remember, great football teams do not just happen.
It takes determination.
You disagree on facts do you?
Read the front page article here about quality wins..
It's fact!

Oh, one thing that might become a fact...
The name of the trophy given out on 02/06/05 may
need to be renamed.

JB, Say A Big NE hi to Danny Marino, that Florida Fraud.
He was all set to pick the Pats yesterday, then took so much hollering from Steelers fans, the coward changed his pick. He's still steamed at NE from the beating we gave him in the Orange Bowl in '85. There is no bigger loser than Dan Marino.... |
