I saw he and his wife at an event about 18 months ago. They both looked great. She is stunning.

um, bowies lips? they certainly need a closer look than micks lips!
the rise and fall of ziggy stardust is my favorite one.

i recall sitting on a beach in the bahamas many years ago with that cd in my ear, so it takes me to that "happy place". between the ivory and guitar work, both of which are just brilliant, its hard to pick a favorite tho HANG ONTO YOURSELF, STAR, MOONAGE DAYDREAM and STARMAN continue to capture my attention.
i was lucky enough to download the "ziggy meets jeff beck" video bit torrent, off of savagejaw before they closed down. sadly, i cannot figure out how to burn the darn thing. i'm thinking the new DVD burner may not be installed properly.
i was fortunate enough to catch bowie twice, once in '78 in dallas, tx, during the cross dressing glam rock years. quite a show!
the second time was back in '87. i sold the second of 3 grateful dead shows at red rocks to catch bowie at mile high stadium...a bowie sandwich on grateful dead bread. tasty. the man is a genius and continues to find ways to market himself and his music despite the money troubles in the industry.
