We've arrived in Mexico City to do three concerts here. It's one of my favorite places to perform - the audiences are very passionate, and knowledgable about progressive music (and big supporters of Peter's music.)” Tony Levin, November 3rd, 2002

·        The fans making the biggest effort to buy tickets, as our economy is probably one of the worse if not the worst of all the countries you visited in this tour.

·        The fastest sold out, even that it was for the biggest amount of tickets and at the highest prices and at the worst economoy.

·        No full stage (the one designed by you and Robert Lepage) well at least we had the Growing Up sphere and the Barry Williams filming routines.

·        No Blind Boys or any other guest on stage.

CONTENTS

The whole world tour opened in Mexico City. With no opening acts, no other stage rather than a plain floor, not the Stage designed by Peter Gabriel and Robert Lepage for the tour. However, the tickets prices were higher than the USA, filling three days the National Auditorium (10,000 fans each day) in only 23 days since the tour was announced, the shows were all great.

We want to thank the Mexican audience, the best fuel for a musician engine!

KEEP ROCKING!!!
