Check out the thread called "bestcover" it is pretty good. Talking about best covers ever, and I am learning about some great stuff I never heard of before.
Have you guys heard of Off the Beat? I just heard their cover of Wild Horses after someone over on the other thread told me about it. Serious music.

it seems as if most topics finish the same way: the big dogs hitting with their armours, police stuff
USA france, germany in opposition (england, not really)as if the planet were composed just by those
people forget the existence of Asia, India, Australia, South America, Russia, China. What do these populations think? Do the majority even care? Sure many would love to go to one of these florishing countries to fill their wallets, but, do they agree with "international" politics?

Yeah JB...I have some clients who are doing the same thing with their employees...but, I have to say, it has nothing to do with Republicans...My opinion, viewing porn at work is OK as long as you're not sending it out to others on firm e-mail |

Agred..not a republican/democratic issue.....and the 4th amendment certainly does not apply..not reasonable expectation of privacy in the workplace..however, I get porno spam all the time(thank you) and I think it's a little ridiculous to terminate someone as long as we are not dealing in kiddie porn.. |

Fiji, I had it on tape when I taped a Stones radio special back in '80 or so. I don't have it anymore and don't know what Bowie album it was on. They played a few Stones covers on this special. Frampton's JJF was also there I remember.

I have started to get porn emails at work lately but I delete them before I even open them. How has this started? I have NEVER gone to a porn site at work. That is completely retarded. Could someone on these boards be doing this?

I did a double take on that pot-kettle black bit - They went on that rampage because the Miss World pageant is degrading to women?!?! WTF?
BTW - I think that newspaper was wrong to say that Prophet Muhammed would have been interested in the attractive female contestants. Just plain wrong. How could they write that lie and not expect people would be upset? Everyone knows Muhammed was a total fag! |

Have you ever got one with a screaming orasming sound file embedded in it? I got one of those one time, accidentally opened it (at work!) and all of a sudden my backroom was transformed into a hellish den of fake ecstasy! No sound inhibitors on it either, sounded like, and the thing was coming out at maximum volume, fuzzing my speakers and scaring me to death. It was an awful nightmare for the 12 seconds it was happening until I could shut it down.
Now, I know that pornographers are upstanding members of society but that really violated my public space. Thankfully no one was in the store but my main employee, and she mistook it for a crying baby.

Not for long, my sober cyber pal. Think I'm in same boat as you. I find increasingly that I just can't pound hootch and do all the other stuff I got to do at the same time. Its too bad life had to get in the way of my All-Star drinking career, but thats the way it goes. I think I can hang up my liver and walk away proud, knowing that I gave drinking everything I had to give, and then some.
As Churchill once said "I took a lot more from drinking than drinking ever took from me."
I made a more reasonable cut off date of 1/2/03 though. You gotta be stanatz to quite drinking this time of year!
