That's right, I've always been "thrilled" to see rock-stars out of their norms with growing facial hair to that extent
Aside from that Jagger-pic (above), I like Paul McCartney's beard circa Rooftop Concert...any takers?

heres a quick list of cool bearded rockers:
Bob Dylan, Gregg Allman, early Springsteen, Ronnie Van Zandt, Jerry Garcia, John Lennon, Chris Robinson, Shannon Hoon, Ringo Starr, John Entwhistle, Axl Rose, the guy from Coldplay, Graham Nash, Don Henley, every band on a 70s Freedom Rock compilation (see BTO, Doobie Brothers etc), Jim Morrison, Paul Rogers, John Bonham, Jimmy Page sported one once, and that brief year or two when Keith Moon and Pete Townsend sported beards and, of course, every member of THE BAND except that wanker Robbie Robertson
and a couple of really cool current rock bands like My Morning Jacket and Kings Of Leon are rockin out with their beards |
