glencar Matt Lauer had another interview with Mick this morning (his 7th!). Actually pretty good one but no questions about a future Stones tour.

Soldatti Good interview, thanks for the video.

Bitch MICK looks and sounds wonderful!!! Nice of Matt to mention MICK's dad, that was respectful and shows MICK's humanity. Interesting background on the LENNON/MICK song on the new CD. I'll buy it tomorrow, but I'm disappointed there are only 3 new songs! Anything new is better than nothing new. I hope! LOL!
2nd October 2007 10:20 PM
glencar Bitch, buy that but also get the deluxe version. Mick probably won't be releasing much new stuff.
3rd October 2007 02:32 AM
The Wick I wish he would write the country songs instead of the rock ones because the country ones on his solo albums have probably been the best ones.
3rd October 2007 02:46 AM
Gimme Shelter Very cool interview. Thanks for posting.

I feel ya my Robert Moses worshipping , Wantagh ( Jones Beach ) visiting , L.I.R.R. travelling , inexplicable afro in the 1970's sporting pal .

The Wall was just warmed over Authur .

{ CA - FRIGGIN - RACK } !!!

Cuz .
4th October 2007 12:38 PM
glencar At this point, I would. They used to have 5 or 6 raunchy rockers & 2 or 3 ballads. Now the inverse has been done.

I couldn't afford an Afro back then & that's when I had enough hair for it. What up wigger? Isn't Artie Lange the funniest? I never knew he could be so funny from those awful movies he did.

glencar I see you're getting a lot of work done today...like me!
5th October 2007 02:04 PM
Angiegirl Depends on how strictly one defines 'country songs' I guess. At this point I think the quality of the slower songs is miles ahead of any of the 'rockers', especially when talking about Mick solo without a legendary band behind him. I think his singing and songwriting talent shows more in slow/touchy songs in most of his solo work.

Nice interview. "Yeah, we love Matt Lauer"
