I would like to baste you in milk for 48 hours, hog-tie you and let hungry baby lambs skeletonize your quivering, quaking carcass.

JaggerLips It might grow on me.

I still think the Andy Warhol one was the best!
Mind you I am an Andy Warhol fan so I am biased there!

Psst,....hey JaggerLips,.....Andy Warhol did not design the original tongue. That mistake is easy to make though. Warhol designed the LP cover for Sticky Fingers. Which just so happens to be the first album that featured the tongue design. Hence the mistake. The tongue is a Stonsian representaion of the tongue from the Hindu goddess Kali.

I forget the artist that actually designed the Stones' tongue(a little help here guys?),but it was not Warhol.

Please consult the Mojo Stones Special published a couple of years ago for the whole story on the Stones logo under "Hot Licks" (page 72)
