MarthaMyDear I will post again in this thread on Monday (early-- before
work, etc.) so you two will be able to see it, etc....
UNFORTUNATELY and EXASPERATINGLY QUITE ANNOYINGLY,
I have to work a long day on Monday and if you two reach
that GREAT AND POWERFUL GOAL of 10K posts together and I am
not online, per chance, then YOU KNOW I AM

Those Rocks Off days

But, in my mind I know they still live on and on

It isn't easy but I'll try

If they wanted the sky
I'd write across the sky in letters
That would soar a thousand feet high
To The 10K Twins, with love

The time has come
For J&J to actually contemplate WORKING(?!?!?!)
And, as I leave I know that I am leaving the biggest freaks
on the planet
Freaks who taught me right from wrong posting skills
A weak post from a strong post, that's a lot to learn
What can I give them in return?

If they wanted the moon
I would try to make a start but I
Would rather you let give my heart
To The 10K Twins, with love

Blue ....................Someday I will take you to a WHO gig and you will become " born again " !!!!!!

But for now ..............take THIS :

" Muskrat, muskrat candlelight
Doin' the town and doin' it right
In the evenin'
It's pretty pleasin'

Muskrat Susie, Muskrat Sam
Do the jitterbug out in muskrat land
And they shimmy
And Sammy's so skinny

And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
Singin' and jingin' the jango
Floatin' like the heavens above
It looks like muskrat love

Nibbling on bacon, chewin' on cheese
Sammy says to Susie "Honey, would you please be my missus?"
And she say yes
With her kisses

And now he's ticklin' her fancy
Rubbin' her toes
Muzzle to muzzle, now anything goes
As they wriggle, and Sue starts to giggle

And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
Singin' and jingin' the jango
Floatin' like the heavens above
It looks like muskrat love

La da da da da ... "

( Young Joey now hunched over computer , cupping his hand to his mouth and giggling )

" Stones Rule ! "

J. Caked .

" Apocalypse, the liminal experience of destruction, has long provided poets with a palette for painting dichotomy, inevitability, and potential chaos. William Butler Yeats, whose Rosicrucian and occult beliefs helped inspire deeply-held personal endist expectations, mastered the apocalyptic metaphor in his poetry-indeed, even beyond metaphor into full-scale cataclysmic expectations communicated through verse. The apocalypse he wrote of is divisible; examination highlights apocalypse genres of various threat. Among those of which he most commonly wrote are local, personal, and worldwide ends. His works offer causes such as religion, art, mankind, evolution, magic, rebellion, and emotion. Local apocalypse may take the form of a crumbling political or economic structure, country, or home. Religious and manmade reasons influence this type of endism. Personal apocalypse is of an almost infinitely variable nature, though it includes grief, love, death, and age. In fact, one of the most prominent apocalyptic factors in Yeats is that of love-time and again unrequited, denied, or betrayed love ushers in a form of personal apocalypse. Magical searches deeply affected Yeats, and thus may bring about vast internal change. Poetry as an artistic creation offers the chance of artistic apocalypse, without the necessity of directly experiencing it in reality. All art, in fact, offers a created external yet personal apocalypse. And finally, a worldwide apocalypse in material terms may take the forms of religious apocalypse (as through Revelations or Judgment Day), magical apocalypse, evolutionary apocalypse (the slow disintegration of humanity by its own ignorant acts), and manmade apocalypse (deliberate introduction of destructive forces such as war, mankind's ignorance, deliberate revolution, or art). Reality's destruction may come about through magical, evolutionary, artistic, or emotional means. Causality is often uncertain, as he developed a modernist style that offered contextual choices defined by the reader's subjectivity. Examination of Yeatsian apocalyptic genres must invariably take into account that flagship aspect of modernist poetry, the mutable perspective. Yet disaster was a very tangible presence in Yeats's works. His poems encompass an immense range of apocalyptic experimentation. Among these genres of apocalypse manifested in his poetry, those occurring most continually are personal and global apocalypse* . "
