Anyway, she's gorgeous......a friend of mine said she has reached 40 already, is that true?

I pray for no Macca appearance.....

Could be interesting the likes of Eric Clapton, Mick Taylor (yes, why not, just two raw songs, let a poor boy dream).
May 12th, 2005 09:52 AM
J.J.Flash Rik is damn right..... Buddy Guy could be fantastic.

Voodoo Scrounge Sheryl Crowe is 43
I saw them supported by The Steroephonics in Paris. Im not too sure how big they are over in the states. But they werent well known in Paris at the time. (The Stereophonics have been huge in Britain for a fair few years now)

They were superb. Kelly Jones (The lead singer) was in fine form.

It's not my opinion, it was very boring.
They've made a tour in France last year, I would have been because Steve Gorman was on drums (Black Crowes drummer) but I didn't.

Here is the COMPLETE listing of musicians worthy of sharing a stage with THE ROLLING STONES :

Eric Clapton
Peter Denis Blandford Townshend
Paul McCartney
Roger Daltrey
Jimmy Page ( ..only if Keef is in a good mood )

Do you think there would be no mood having Mick Taylor playing at least 2 raw blues/rockers!?!?

Reconsider.

Now, all my dreams will be fulfilled if Alice Cooper join the stage for Start Me Up sharing vocals with Mick Jagger.

I have a video with Alice Cooper and Roger Daltrey singing this one.
May 12th, 2005 11:19 AM
M.O.W.A.T. Jeff Beck should also be included on the "worthy" list.
May 12th, 2005 11:29 AM
Voodoo Scrounge I think the Stones should have some young rockers go round the world with them. There are a lot of bands worthy of and capable of backing the stones.

The Killers
The Bravery
The Thrills

JOEY AND JAY JAY!!

OK, you two guys: out of the pool, and back away from the sides.

You've obviously been drinking. It's lunchtime here on the east coast but it's evidently drink-poo time in Nebraska and Brazil.

ALICE COOPER??? ROGER DALTRY???

Barkeep! I'll have six of whatever THOSE guys are drinking!

Hubert Sumlin, or NO ONE.

J.J.Flash The above post was an affront and didn't have a right to all the praising on those previous reviews.

Disgusted and freezin'

Alice Cooper is a living God.

Hey lay off the Nazi pope. Just cuz he's a nazi doesn't mean he can't pope
with the best of them.

It's just the way things are done these days!
Yes, inquiring minds DO wonder if there wasn't
anyone less nazified to consider for the post,
but then again I wonder if W couldn't find a guy
who DIDN'T publicly advocate blowing the top ten
floors off the UN to act as our UN Ambassador.
But what do I know? I'm a looney leftie!

BUT! I still need your mailing address. Cough it up or suffer another krystallnacht!

I don't like to rest on my laurels. Keep it fresh and original, that's what I always say.

Right Joey?

Joey?

wh-wh-wha-a-at? Oh, all right.

Angiegirl Buddy Guy indeed, that would be fantastic. Coldplay too!
No Sheryl (Crow) or Dave (Matthews) or I'll burn every Stones record and ticket stub I have...

FPM , whose great gifts are indefatigable legwork and a sense of historical drama and character, has a fine protagonist for his life's work ... Indeed , Fleabit sees the Stones in full -- whirlwind of ego, exhibitionists ( they once liked to urinate in public) Uriah Heep , hilarious mimics , arpeggio magician , idealist visionary .... Fleabit's immersion in the band and period yields a fascinating , entertaining abundance for all readers .
