Yes, he's been shot through the head on several occasions.
Anita Pallenberg used to do it to him on his birthday every year they were together, without fail. It was a condition of the "wicca" marriage that they had, as demanded by Kenneth Anger.

Actually as much as Keith wants (?) the world to believe he's a terrible outlaw, as far as I know, the only occasion when he got "really nasty" is when he asked Spanish Tony (according to Tony in his book) to have the guy who let Anita get jailed and subsequently raped in Kingston in early '73 killed...Apparently, Tony thought it wiser to have the guy beaten up...
On the flipside, Keith did push his luck quite a bit in Altamont when he ordered a Hell's Angel away from his guitars... |
