LeVay was basically a showman of sorts. Kind of the "father of heavy metal imagery". He was one of a kind that's for sure. Rock n Roll actually owes him alot. I'm not into that kind of thing myself but to deny his influence on the counter culture and rock n roll is to miss at least a few points. LOL.

Wait a second Motsie......Satan is not what heavy metal is all about.......I doubt you don't like the classic Judas Priest back in the late 70's - the "New Wave of British Heavy Metal", see Judas Priest middle 70's and Iron Maiden 1979/1983 were fine stuff man, come on.

Ask sirmoonie, he knows what I mean.......

March 4th, 2005 03:52 PM
glencar He was the leader of the Replacements. They were "America's answer to the RS" at one point in the 80's. He's still very good.

glimmercat I worked at TicketMaster for 15 years, selling tickets on the phone. Our office closed last month, so now I'm unemployed for the first time since dropping out of high school. I got a severance package, which makes "not having a job" really cool!! Been going absolutely NUTSY on eBay lately. But I suppose I gotta start looking for something else soon. I'm thinking temp work & a part-time pet store/vet's office job. (I love animals.)
