I know. What's wrong with these young girls? You should all purchase a copy of Marianne's autobiography...which, last time I checked, was going for a dollar a copy at the local Barnes & Noble.

Well I think that’s a bit strong!
As Tears Go By was really her tune before the Stones decided to have a go themselves a couple of years later. Both versions are very different too. The Marianne Faithful take is very much of its time in terms of the way Jagger and Richards were writing then. The Stones version has a more up to date feel.
I think she was very attractive in her day actually. Jagger, Richards, Brian Jones and many others had the right idea I think.
She’s completely inoffensive in my opinion.
