Hey Everyone!!!
I just wanted to invite everyone to the Voodoo Pug show taking place on December 5th, 2003. The show is at "Weeds" again and will begin at 9:15. Here is your chance to cure your Stones withdrawal!!!
If you haven't seen us yet, or haven't seen us in a while, this is a good show to see because this is going to be our best show yet!!!! Todd "Guitar" Murphy and I will open the show with a short acoustic set featuring popular songs that everyone knows!!! Then the Voodoo Pugs will pay its tribute to the "World's Greatest Rock n Roll Band", the Rolling Stones. So, there's going to be live music all night!!That's a lot of entertainment for ZERO DOLLARS!!!
The last time we played at Weeds, the place was packed!!!!! People were dancing, drinking, and even singing along with us. It was great!!! In fact, we were told by Sergio, the bartender and owner of Weeds, that crowd was the largest crowd ever at Weeds on a band night!!! So we hope to pack the place again because this will be our last show in 2003!!
Weeds is located at 1555 North Dayton Street in Chicago. It is on the corner of Weed Street and Dayton Street. Weed street is one block south of North avenue, and Dayton street is just west of Halsted.
Remember...There is NO cover at Weeds!!!! So that will give everyone more money to spend on Beers and Shots!
