i saw with my own eyes, Jimi's white strat that he played at Woodstock. I went to the guitar shop that Little Jimi got his first guitar. (there's a plaque on the wall outside).. And i saw Mitch mitchells drums and Noel's bass. in all honesty , it was really fucking surreal.
When you see something in real life that you've only seen in old video footage, it's incredibly weird....... |

Even though there's lots of rain in Seattle, lightening and thunder is really rare. The first time I went to Jimi's grave - in about 1986 - a cloud came from the west, there was a flash of lightening and roar of thunder. |
