M.O.W.A.T. Anyone know when this last box set is going to be released (I just want to buy it for Let It Rock)
November 14th, 2004 05:39 PM
Soldatti The release date was pushed back for the commercial failure of the first 2. I don't expect the third box set out soon.

Bloozehound Good

This whole box set idea is the stupidest thing that fuckball Klein has tried to milk us fans for in a while

Glencar,
Could you write a little review for us about those two sets? Never seen them. You think worth to buy it if you have some money saved?
Thanks

I see the economical milking-out of fans going on, but you got to admit the singles looked great in their original "shape" and with the original covers.

stewed & Keefed Someone on IORR said It is due to be released in the UK in Feb 2005
November 21st, 2004 05:49 PM
glencar Jair, I would recommend it. It's really just a packaging deal but it's quite well done. If you have the dough & you're not a cheapskate, go splurge.
November 21st, 2004 05:51 PM
glencar BTW I was on e-bay yesterday & they have some "remastered" 60's Stones CDs available. Does anyone know if these are legitimate? It seems each one has added tracks which isn't something the Stones have ever done before.
November 21st, 2004 06:11 PM
Back Street Girl The added tracks are mostly bootleg stuff so they can't be legitimate,I think I saw them once for sale as Russian releases

glencar Yes, I saw some stuff about Russia too but the packaging was all in English. amazon.com has some sort of boxed set but they don't provide any further info than just a photo of the box.

Soldatti I saw the two sets but didn't buy none of them, I'm not so crazy.
