"Fast" Willie Parker may break a run one out of twelve times, but the one, two or negative yardage between is killing us. We miss the guranteed 3-4 Jerome would give us every carry. We never knew how good we had it until the end of his career. Willie Parker is not the kind of back the Steelers need in the backfield. He cannot take a hit. Willie you set the Super Bowl record for the longest rush (because no defensive playe came near you), but you are not an every down back. Najeh Davenport get ready, and please do not take a dump in any chick's closet.
Jerome we miss you. See you in Canton. Too bad you had fucking Queerdale as you QB. |

Yeah, I'm beginning to see it. Although, Parker never had a chance on most attempts - canned in the backfield is not his fault.
Can't believe we got blanked. Jacksonville has a fine defense.
We're still rolling, Ben gets some steam in a few weeks, the "Dumptruck" gets some carries, D stays the way it is, its still nation time! |

For a low scoring game, it was incredibly good. |

We are still the nation. Parker is a fine back, but he does not suit the Steeler style. He would be a lot more effective on a spread out west coast offense. Not to worry. Its only one loss to a good team on the road with a still not 100% Ben yet. We did not get rolling until the end last year. |

We'll be fine - we'll rebound nicely against Cinci. Ben will have something to prove. So will Parker. And yeah Jax is tough, damn tough, can hardly wait until the playoff rematch in the City! |

Had Nick Harper zigged instead of zagged into Ben's arms after "the fumble" at the one in the Championship Game, Jerome would be remembered in a whole different way. |

And so on..Besides Tumane had a bead on him anyway..the whole Ben saving tackle thing is being built up for hype..Jerome was a classy player...nice to see sometimes the good guys do catch a break.... |

Willie Parker is Exhibit 1 as to why North Carolina's coach should be canned...the dude sat the bench...he runs a 4.3 40 and you can't get him in the field? |

"They" say that 6'6" whitey wide out (M. Jones) on Jax runs a 4.3. You believe it? Hard to believe anything them ESPN putzes say, but that would be one fine whitey if true. |

I don't think Jones is that fast...but he does seem to get open a lot...I'm pretty sure that there are not too many people in pads faster than Willie Parker |
