I know a big obsession among Stones fans is creating setlists, so I was curious how you guys felt about posting selists here on rocksoff whether they are serious or sarcastic, real or imagined, current or historical, etc. |

uh...well we post the setlists during/after every show and we have a large setlists page especially dedicated to providing every known setlist of every Stones show down the years with appropriate tour by tour stats, dates songs were first and last played, etc.... |

And we sure as hell have a better imagination than whoever else is creating the single set list for this tour so far. Are they saving some surprises for MSG tonight? We shall see. |

I m one of the guys disapointed by the set lists on this tour.
I find them too classic, but well just my opinion.
I can understand they dont want to take any risk but after the great Licks set lists it's very weak. |

How does this board feel about setlists?
This board? Well, I'm sure there's no question that can have just ONE answer agreed by all
Here we have people from five continents, not lurking but participating. But even if you chose only the people from the USA they won't agreed in an answer or have one answer in common, even if you ask "Do you like the Rolling Stones?"
Anyway, I love the new setlists, why? It has five new songs never performed in previous tours, four of them from the new album. We have songs from all eras and at least one song from the last best albums since Beggars Banquet (only Black & Blue, Undercover and Dirty Work missing), it's hard to make a setlist of 21-22 songs to fit all the people attending the shows
Today we will have the live debut of e new song... remember me tonight...

It's a cover
Well, now in proper English: I think today we will have the live debut of a song from the studio album called "A Bigger Bang"
